Projects

A project groups related conversations and gives them shared context: files the model can read and instructions it should follow in every chat.

Create a project

Create a project from the sidebar, name it, and add:

• Instructions. Guidance for every future chat in the project, like tone, constraints, or background the model should assume.
• Project files. Documents that every chat in the project can draw on. Project files are available in the desktop and mobile apps.

Chat inside a project

Start chats from the project screen. Each one sees the project instructions and files automatically, on top of whatever you attach in the moment. Direct Mode, Web Search and model choice work as in a normal chat. Research and Create Image are not offered inside a project.

Limits

Projects are unlimited on every plan, Local included. Without an account, the app keeps two.
